Park information Our Season runs from 1st April for 12 months. Caravans stay on park until they reach the end of their 20th season from date of manufacture. ie 1999 Caravan is removed March 2020 Ground Rent for 2010/11 will be £1500 + VAT @ 17.5% = £1762.50 Electric - all caravans are metered and invoiced twice a year, Gas - 47kg cylinders sold as required (as at 04/1/10 - £59.00), Sub - letting is allowed (fee payable) / Children & Pets welcome, Park open 12 months but NOT residential - longest length of stay without any breaks is 12 weeks - this is on our site License from the Council and cannot under any circumstances be extended. All owners MUST be able to produce a Council Tax bill in their name. |
EMPTY PAD - To suit a caravan upto 28ft x 10ft maximum. Rare opportunity to bring a caravan onto the Park - All Caravans coming onto the Park must be no older than 10 years old and will be given a Site License until they are 20 years old from the date of Manufacture. COSTS - A one off connection fee of £3,000 including VAT. This includes siting, connection to all services, commissioning, TV Ariel, 12 months gas certificate - Automatic changeover valve, 2 x 47kg propane gas bottles. Plus a 3 year electrical certificate. Please note that all Caravans MUST be purchased through the Park. |
