The Park is looking to reduce the number of letting vans it has, therefore we are offering the caravans below For Sale on Park all ready to use.

Why not come and view the caravans & our Park. We have a limited selection of 2 and 3 bedroomed caravans for you and your family to view. Ownership at Bowdens Crest gives you the benefit of having a holiday any time of the year, not just for 6 or 8 months of the year - we are open ALL YEAR. We are however, strictly a Holiday park, and all owners MUST have a residential address elsewhere in their name. We have removed the age limit that caravans can stay on park once again giving you more choice - we dont insist you purchase a new van just because your van has reached a certain age (conditions apply - see below). Children & Pets are welcome

We have a limited number of pads that may be available for you to either purchase a Caravan from one of our prefered dealers or bring your own Static Caravan on site. Why not visit the park and see what pads are available and talk through your requirement. We do not accept Caravans on site that our older than 10 years old.

Further Information

Our Season runs from 1st April to 31st March the following year

We are strictly a Holiday Park (NOT RESIDENTIAL) Every owner must be able to produce a Council Tax bill in their own name.

Ground Rent for 2012/13 season will be £1600 + VAT @ 20% = £1920.00 due for payment by 31st March 2012.

Electric - all caravans are metered and invoiced twice a year, Gas - 47kg cylinders sold as required (as at 1/03/2011 =£65.50) - Sub - letting is allowed (fee payable) / Children & Pets welcome, Park open 12 months but NOT residential - longest length of stay without any breaks is 12 weeks - this is on our site License from the Council and cannot under any circumstances be extended. All owners MUST be able to produce a Council Tax bill in their name.

Age of Caravans

We no longer have an age limit on how old Caravans are when they have to leave our park, as long as they can meet all our standard conditions:-

a) Pass a 3 yearly Electric check

b) Pass an Annual Gas Safety Check

c) Are in a safe and sound condition inside & out

d) Are clean & Tidy on the outside

e) Once a caravan reaches 25 years old the current owner can still keep it on site, but when they are ready to sell it, the caravan can only be sold off site.
