Seasonal pitches 2009 - 2010

Limited pitches available from 1st April 09

We have 23 Seasonal pitch at Bowdens. This gives you the chance to use your caravan without the hassle & expense of towing! Pitches run from 1st April to 31st March the following year. Payment of the one off fee entitles you to the permanent siting of your tourer at 'Bowdens Crest'. In addition, you will still be able to use your caravan for holidays elsewhere secure in the knowledge that your pitch will be vacant & waiting for immediate re-use upon your return. Your family & friends are able to use your caravan with your permission at no extra charge, but we do request that you inform us before they arrive.

For 2009/10 we will have a new electric system whereby you purchase a card for your electric you then swip the card at the hookup point, the units are then credited to your point.This way you pay for what you use.

The cost for 2009/10 will be £1375. A none refundable deposit of £175 is required on booking a pitch with the balance paid by 1st April 09 or when your caravan arrives on park.

We do ask that all people interested in Seasonal pitches view the park to make sure we are what you are looking for. Please phone or email and make arrangements to view our park.

All current owner have to notify the park by the end of November of their intentions for 2009.

Therefore we will not know how many vacant pitches will be available for 2009/10 until December 08. Any vacant pitches will then be allocated on a first come first served basis to those who contact the park in December onwards & pay the required none refundable deposit.
