We are open all year (strictly holiday use only). Friends & Family are welcome to use your caravan with your permission (we do request that we are notified before they arrive)

Your caravan is all set up ready to use. We do not have Water Hookup but you are never far from a Tap.

Awnings can be left up all year, but at the owners risk. Often owners put a full awning up the fthe Summer months and replace it with a Porch awning in the Winter months, giving you the benefit of somewhere for Coats & Shoes etc.

You will be able to use your caravan for holidays elsewhere secure in the knowledge that your pitch will be vacant & waiting for immediate re-use upon your return.

We do NOT charge extra for visitors but do ask that they report to receiption to let us know who they are visiting.

We do NOT have coin operated showers/bath or Washing up sinks - All free (who wants to have a pocket full of coins just to make sure you can shower - that soon adds to your costs)

All owners are responsible for 1 metre of grass around their awning/caravan. This area should be kept clean and tidy at all times. The pitch has parking alongside for one vehicle only, extra vehicles must be parked in the car park. Pets are welcome but must be kept on a lead whilst on the main park, there is an exercise area where they can be let off the lead. All pet owners are required to pick up after their pets.

ELECTRICITY Each pitch has its own hookup point with a prepaid swip meter. Cards are purchased from the shop in nominations of £1, £5, £10 or £20. This way you pay for what you use and not what other people use. Electric is charged at .12p per unit
